NLNG: The Nigerian Liquified & Natural Gas says it is committed to working with its stakeholders to improve operational efficiency in its domestic Liquefied Petroleum Gas (DLPG) supply.

The reaffirmed commitment is contained in a statement issued at the weekend by Dr Sophia Horsfall, General Manager, External Relations and Sustainable Development.

At a recent engagement session with stakeholders in Lagos, NLNG highlighted its plans to enhance engagement. The company plans to improve the operational efficiency of its LPG supply through the digitalisation of its processes.

Its processes include a new platform designed to streamline regulatory processes, optimise risk management and enhance the buyer experience.

“The platform will feature IT-supported relationship management, automated issue resolution and centralised real-time payments.

“It will also improve case management systems, ensuring a seamless supply process despite market shifts and external pressures,”

During the session, Commercial Contract Management Manager, Tolulope Longe, reiterated NLNG’s resolve to deliver 100 per cent of its LPG supply to the Nigerian market. He said a strategic roadmap would ensure the NLNG’s longstanding goals of LPG being available in the country.
