Egbin Power Calls for Partnership to Boost Nigeria’s Energy Sector

Bounour also highlighted the critical role gas plays in Nigeria’s power generation, describing gas suppliers as essential partners. “Our success is tied to theirs, which is why sustainability and liquidity are key factors for all of us,” he explained.

Despite the challenges facing the sector, Bounour remains optimistic about investment opportunities and growth. He pointed out that Egbin Power has forged strong partnerships with suppliers and regulators to meet its obligations and contribute to the sector’s ongoing development.

Other industry experts at the panel echoed these sentiments, noting that increased investment, collaboration, and commitment to addressing the challenges will further strengthen the sector.
