Anambra Govt, EEDC Sign Agreement to Boost Electricity

The Enugu Electricity Distribution Company PLC (EEDC) and the Government of Anambra State entered a strategic partnership aimed at delivering the energy requirements in the state, for reliable, universal electricity access.

To seal this collaboration, Charles Chukwuma Soludo, the Executive Governor of Anambra State, presided over the memorandum of understanding signing ceremony which was held today, Friday, March 24, 2023, at ANSEC Chamber, Government House, Awka, Anambra State.

According to the EEDC in a thread of tweets, present at the event were; Emeka Offor, the Chairman Board of Directors, EEDC, and some members of the board, such as Ken Nnamani and Kester Enweronu, the Managing Director/CEO, Praveen Chorghade.

Others were; Ernest Mupwaya, Deputy Managing Director, Anthony Achebe, Company Secretary/Head, Legal, and Vincent Ekwekwu, the Chief Technical Officer.
